At it constantly all morning being reviewed and reviewing being consulted and consulting without pausing to consider feeling withdrawal into the bushes between the parking lot and the road gnats whirl in a quiet dither spider webs glisten from leaf to leaf the flies move from plant to plant without buzzing leafhopper waits on a leaf and everything is either in sunlight or shadow
