About this book

These poems are about toys, play, and the imagination.

They say if women ran the world, there’d be no more wars. What if children ran the world? No one would go hungry; no one would need to raise their voice in anger; everyone would feel safe. And their toys would never break.

The cover illustration is my pen and colored pencil drawing of a poison dart frog.
