She was vegan

Alice was a vegan without the standard rationales. Her feelings were vague. She didn’t have a health condition or fragile metabolism, and she wasn’t concerned about the suffering of animals, or about her footprint on the planet. Accidentally, for no reason, for a week, she ate no animal product; then, seeing how easy it was for her, she decided to make it her thing. If she had a talent for being a vegan, then she thought she shouldn’t waste it.
