Autumn (II) (literal translation of Du Fu’s poem)

The sun sets over the lonely city of Kuifu, and I look at Beijing from the perspective of the Big Dipper. I shed three tears when I hear the monkey cry, and I am on a mission to follow the raft in August. The incense burner in the painted palace is lying on the pillow, and the sad flute is hidden behind the white battlements of the mountain building. Please look at the moon on the vines on the stone, which has already reflected the reeds and rushes in front of the island.
