灯影照无睡，心清闻妙香。夜深殿突兀，风动金锒铛。天黑闭春院，地清栖暗芳。玉绳回断绝，铁凤森翱翔。梵放时出寺，钟残仍殷床。明朝在沃野，苦见尘沙黄。

In praise of the public room in Dayun Temple (III) (literal translation of Du Fu’s poem)

The light shines on the sleepless, the heart is clear and the wonderful fragrance is smelled. The palace is suddenly silent in the deep night, the wind moves the golden bell. The spring courtyard is closed at night, the ground is clear and the fragrance is hidden. The jade rope is broken, the iron phoenix flies in the forest. When the Buddhist bell is released, it leaves the temple, the broken bell still burns the bed. In the fertile fields tomorrow, it is painful to see the yellow dust.
