孤雁不饮啄,飞鸣声念群。 谁联一片影,相失万重云。 望尽似犹见,哀多如更闻。 野鸭无意绪,鸣噪亦纷纷。

Lone Goose (literal translation of Du Fu’s poem)

The lone goose does not drink or peck, but flies and cries to remind the flock. Who has connected a piece of shadow, lost in the clouds. It seems that I can still see it, but I can hear more sorrow. The wild duck has no thoughts, but cries loudly.
