Shu and Wu by Tom Sharp

The emperor of Shu tried to control the land of Wu and conquered as far as the Three Gorges but he was mortally wounded, and died in his palace in Chongqing. It was a time of good fortunate at the jade palace, not a wild temple in the empty mountains. Water cranes nested in the pines. The elders were honored at festivals. The Wu temple is nearby now; the emperor and his subjects worship there together.
