Overcome
- When I leave the house I feel
- the morning breeze against my face
- and think it is you
- and altho I go among men
- of cement and cigarette
- your face comes across my eyes
- to shadow me among meadows and woods
- I pity those who deny
- what they will not feel
- and who will not see
- the blossoms in the spring.
