Pogradec, Albania

Tirana was a coffee roaster; she let others manage the technology and manufacturing for pods, capsules, cans, decaffeination, powders, and packaging. She lived for the smell of coffee, roasted, never burnt. She took pride in her roast for Turkish coffee and drank hers each morning boiled and without sugar.
