1. I look at the clouds and see her silk robes moving; I look at a lotus blossom and I think of her. If she weren’t a mortal, she’d be worshipped as much as the Moon Goddess or the Mother of the West. 2. A peony branch in blossom could never seem as fragrant or as fresh. No royal concubine can rival her. Even with expensive makeup, they can’t compare. 3. As for the most beautiful flower in the world, to look at her is to love her. This is why, when she goes out for fresh air, the spring breeze hates her.
(一) 云想衣裳花想容,春风拂槛露华浓。 若非群玉山头见,会向瑶台月下逢。 (二) 一枝红艳露凝香,云雨巫山枉断肠。 借问汉宫谁得似,可怜飞燕倚新妆。 (三) 名花倾国两相欢,长得君王带笑看。 解释春风无限恨,沉香亭北倚阑干。
