Identity Practice

On 1 February 1931, the founder of this practice achieved his identity. He didn’t mean to. He was waiting for a clerk at a bank, so he could cash a check, and he thought, “This isn’t me.” In a flash he realized why. After working it out over a course of three years, he began the Practice. Basically, followers of this practice are told, in detail, what to do, until they can’t take it anymore.
