Misconceptions

Caṇḍa Ānanda said, “If things happen on their own, like the flow of a river or the sprouting of a seed, then you probably aren’t imagining them.” Caṇḍa Ānanda also said, “It’s hard to know for sure whether things happen on their own, but the universe doesn’t sprout from your small person.”
