The foliage is an arrangement of emeralds, an embroidery of flowers kissed by golden bees. In this display a faun reaches out, not to kiss, but to eat a red flower with its white teeth. Ecstatic joy as it savors the forbidden petals, then it leaps off as if frighted by its boldness.
