Every seaport around the world is a home for rats and the Hang-gu people. Piles of shipping containers, for them, are apartments, shops, and entertainment centers. We don’t know where they came from, but we know how they get from port to port. The Hang-gu people are our modern Romani, but they have no need to entertain us because ships bring them everything they need.
