Potato, yam, tomato best if not peeled Eggplant best if charred Radish, bell pepper (nobody peels these) Carrot if it can’t be cleaned Pumpkin, other squashes (not, of course, raw) Fava beans Some peas in pods if not too fibrous Zucchini, cucumber Apple, grape, olive Orange, lemon, lime if grated into zest, candied, or made into chutney or marmalade
