Do other animals have rights that we do not grant to them? A freedom from suffering at our hands? Does a bird have a right to fly, does a horse have a right to run? Does a creature have a right to do what it was born to do? If we have a right to be ourselves, how did we get that right? Why shouldn’t other creatures have the same right?
