Powers of the staff

Merlin used his staff as a weapon, for from it he could direct magical bolts that kill his enemies. His staff can also give life. Merlin’s staff radiates wisdom and communicates to Merlin meanings of past events and secrets of future events. The staff is the key to mystical knowledge that supported Merlin in his roles as seer, guide, and defender of King Arthur of Camelot.
