We can’t help noticing and it’s easy to jump to conclusions. It’s as easy as sweating to become suspicious, hard to avoid becoming involved, and easy to offend, although a professional would require a little proof.
Raymond Burr, playing Thorwald, doesn’t need to say much. Not every man would be able to kill and dismember his own wife. Not every man would block the light just by standing in the doorway when he comes to kill you.
