Fox Tom Sharp

A fox crosses the river on a stone bridge. I can’t cross; I can’t live and I can’t die. My lover’s in the army; his job is to suffer and die. His belt is broken, so he has no belt. Although his shirt is dirty and torn, he’s put it back on. He gave his coat to a comrade so that he might live.
