Sacrificed

Yellow birds sing on the branches of the jujube. When Duke Mu died, they buried with him three sons of the Ziche clan— Yanxi, Zhongxing, and Zhenjhu. The people mourned their sacrifice. They were valiant, leaders of hundreds— all willing to die for them. Shoo away the yellow birds; here there should be no singing.
