I enjoyed all the luxuries of the court, walking around proudly in the sun, anointed with fragrant ointments, wearing fine furs without a care or responsibility. Deprived of all that now, I’m in the dark. How could they have done this to me?
羔裘逍遥,狐裘以朝。 岂不尔思,劳心忉忉。 羔裘翱翔,狐裘在堂。 岂不尔思,我心忧伤。 羔裘如膏,日出有曜。 岂不尔思,中心是悼。
