Craig Cruiser

Craig Cruiser was a race-car driver who never won a race. Fans loved him because he was an especially gracious loser. Many wouldn’t go to a race unless Craig Cruiser was competing to lose. Cruiser drove in many races in the thirties across the midwest. Advertisers particularly loved to sponsor him because, always coming in last, everyone noticed him. He died in Miami at the age of 78.
