Evil neighbor

Bill and Cathy’s neighbor Victor Price invented a listening device so he could hear what’s going on in the privacy of their bedroom. Victor made a lot of money selling this device on the internet. Police and private detectives weren’t the only ones to buy it. Bill and Cathy’s other neighbors could be listening to what Victor says to his mother on the phone, and to what he watches on TV each night.
