Gang of chefs

In Paris, a gang of chefs breaks into restaurants and cafés that have just closed for the evening, opens them up for diners, and serves gourmet meals. It appears to be random but each event is carefully planned. The result has been that gourmands roam the city to attend each closing and linger outside hoping that the gang of chefs will reopen it. All too often they are not disappointed. The Parisian police have received complaints but they get free meals when they show up.
