People driving north on Highway 101 through Lincoln City, Oregon, say they have seen a child standing in front of the Candyland store, and the child has no mouth. The child is either a girl or a boy, about 4 feet tall, who keeps looking at the car as it drives past. According to the highway patrol, the appearance of the child hasn’t caused an accident yet, but it’s waiting to happen.
