Running stop signs

There’s nothing wrong about running stop signs if you look both ways and there’s no chance of an accident. At any rate, it’s morally OK to roll through a stop sign even if another car is there. No sense wearing out your brakes and wasting time and gas if you don’t need to. Similarly, it’s perfectly fine to exceed the speed limit unless you get caught. Whereas it’s not perfectly fine to drive under the limit if anyone behind you can’t pass but wants to go faster. In many counties and municipalities, you can freely roll through a stop sign even when officers in a patrol car are watching because they know it’s morally OK.
