Rats have luxurious fur but we don’t know how to behave. You’d think, without propriety, we wouldn’t survive. Rats have teeth to gnaw out of traps, but we don’t recognize our limits. You’d think, without limits, we would see nothing between life and death. Rats have four legs and never lose their balance, but we tend to get out of whack. You’d think, without courtesy, we would do each other in.
