Rat (literal translation)

The rat has fur, but man lacks propriety. If a man lacks propriety, why does he not die? The rat has teeth, but man lacks restraint. If a man lacks restraint, what is he waiting for before he dies? The rat has a body, but man lacks courtesy. If a man lacks courtesy, why does he not die quickly?
