Light clouds and a faint moon, I sober up at the second watch and set sail. From the lonely city, I gaze back at the gathering mist. I remember the time of singing, but not the time of returning home. My handkerchief and fan fell from the rattan bed, and I awoke to a dream with no one to share. When will this wandering life end? My home is in the southwest, yet I often say goodbye to the southeast.
