After the rain cleared, I walked to the fish pond under the Siwang Pavilion and then returned from the East Hill in front of Qianming Temple —Two poems (literal translation)

1 After the rain, duckweeds gather, and frogs sound all around. The crabapple is just a dream, and the plums are ready to taste. I am picking vegetables with a cane, and no one is on the swing. The diligent peony, alone in the remaining spring. 2 The pavilion has been abandoned for a long time, and there is a fish pond below. The dusk falls on the mountains, and the spring breeze smells the fragrance of hundreds of grasses. The people in the city bridge are quiet, and the bamboos in the ancient temple are lush. Where are the storks and cranes coming from, and their cries fill the sunset.
