People say that some airplane flights presumed to have been lost at sea or crashed into remote mountains have in fact been taken by aliens. This goes all the way back to Amelia Earhart’s disappearance. Plainly, if you can’t find wreckage, then the planes and the people in them had to have gone somewhere. Some say they are taken to an alien base in Antarctica, but it’s more probable that an alien mother ship can safely nab an airplane anywhere on the globe. It’s not that they travelled in time. Earhart was born in 1897 and disappeared 1937 so she wouldn’t still be alive unless aliens have some kind of longevity treatment for human beings, but that’s another matter.
