A man in Elko, Nevada, who wears a camel-hair jacket and plaid slacks, enters banks and steps up behind you in line. If you turn around to look at him, he wipes his oily hair back, tells a dirty joke, and winks at you. There have been reports of “Joke man” in other small towns in the region, but nobody has identified him.
This story is not true. We hope that you are more entertained than deceived by irrational, strange, and unsubstantiated reports like these.
