Dew on the road (literal translation)

Weary from the dew, I toil day and night, for the dew is ever-present. Who says the sparrow has no horns? How then does it burrow into my roof? Who says you have no home? How then does it hasten my imprisonment? Though imprisoned, my home is still incomplete. Who says the rat has no teeth? How then does it burrow into my wall? Who says you have no home? How then does it hasten my lawsuit? Though I have been hastened to court, I will not yield to it.
